OUR VISION
FOR CLIFFSIDE

Our Vision.

2328 - 2350 Kingston Road is LCH Development's third project in Cliffside Village and reflects our continued commitment to investing in the area.

Our Merge Condos project, two blocks east at 2201 Kingston Road, is currently under construction and will bring 190 new residential units to the area, including 9 Live-Work units that have been sold to business owners who plan to bring new services and retail offerings to Cliffside.

We are also constructing Merge Spaces one block to the east at 2229 Kingston Road. This coworking and shared office facility will be home to a number of small businesses who are looking to grow their operation in the heart of Cliffside.

2328-2350 Kingston will expand on this vision with retail and live-work units fronting an improved streetscape, and residential units above.
